Refund Policy:

DSPure™ is a brand name of Desert Sage Products, LLC (“Desert Sage”). By ordering products from Desert Sage, you have utilized their “Service” as defined by their Terms of Service Policy. Prior to placing your order, you accepted and agreed to the Desert Sage Terms of Service and by extension to this Refund Policy.

By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling products containing Hemp. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing Hemp. If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of Hemp products.

How to Return an Item?

You may be eligible to request a full refund of your purchase price within 7 days of placing your order. You, the Customer, are responsible for return shipping costs. Unopened product must be returned to receive a refund. Once product is received a refund will be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Rejected returns will only be shipped back to you if you request their return in writing to info@Desert-Sage.com. In this case, you will be required to pay for the return shipping expense prior to it’s return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, typically between 7 and 21 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@Desert-Sage.com

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are considered FINAL and cannot be refunded. You are responsible to pay for the cost of return shipping.

To return your product, please mail your product to: 104 West Telegraph Street, Carson City, Nevada 89703

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once you have shipped your product back to us, please also email the tracking number to info@Desert-Sage.com so that we can keep an eye out for it.
